A Wedding at Sabal Beach Club, Nuevo Vallarta

Sabal Beach Club — Sabal Playa — is a beach club in Nuevo Vallarta, about eighteen kilometres north of downtown Puerto Vallarta.

Weddings take place in its garden, on the lawn between the palm trees, a few steps from the sand. At night, strings of lights hang between the palms above long tables, and the dancing spills out onto the grass.

The light is the Nuevo Vallarta light: soft through the afternoon, then a sunset straight over the Pacific — the moment for portraits of the couple at the edge of the water.
