Surprise your fiancée with a unique proposal in Puerto Vallarta
If you are determined to pop the one-million-dollar question in our beautiful region of Jalisco, you have plenty of options to go for. Plus, when you'll get asked how you proposed, you'll have a heck of a story to tell your friends. Here are a couple of ideas of what you could do.
Surprise proposal during sunset
Federico had chosen the Imanta resort in Punta Mita to make his proposal. This little beachfront heaven is perfect, as nature gives the perfect scenery for a magnificent proposal. Here are a few photos of that moment.

Romantic get-together in the Romantic Zone
The Romantic Zone in Puerto Vallarta is perfect for an emotional proposal. Tim & Jeff couldn't get photos when they got married about ten years ago, and that's something they have always regretted. So when they returned to Puerto Vallarta, they decided to immortalize their love at Casa Kimberly.
Surprise proposal in the Marietas Islands
The Marietas Islands are one of the most iconic places in Banderas Bay, and that's where this gentleman decided to surprise his fiancée. When we got back to land after the magical moment, we took some time to make a Trash the Dress session on the beach of Punta Mita.

Surprise proposal at Conchas Chinas
Conchas Chinas, just south of downtown Puerto Vallarta, is one of my favourite beaches for a proposal: soft sand, rocks and the whole bay in front of you. One knee in the sand, a yes, then portraits on the rocks and along the shore.

Proposals in Puerto Vallarta — FAQ
How does a secret proposal shoot work?
We plan everything by message: the spot, the hour, the signal. On the day I blend in — just another photographer shooting the sunset — and you will not see me until the yes. Then, surprise portraits with the fresh ring.
Where are the best proposal spots in Puerto Vallarta?
The Malecón and its pier at sunset, the beaches of Conchas Chinas and Amapas, the Cuale Island bridges, or a boat trip toward the Marietas Islands — each gives a completely different stage for the question.
What about an engagement session?
Right after the yes — or on another day at golden hour. It is also the perfect rehearsal before the wedding: you learn how I work, and you arrive at your wedding day already at ease with the camera.
Can it stay 100% secret?
Absolutely. Your partner will not know a photographer is there — that first look at the photos, discovering the moment again, is half the gift.
